'Bling Your Bike' Day

On the 17th June, we had our final BOWOW Day of the school year. As it coincinded with National Bike Week, it was decided to have a 'Bling Your Bike' Day for BOWOW.

It most certainly brought out the artistic and creative side to the children, but it also brought out the rain! The weather on this morning was awful but many of the children braved the weather to get the bikes in. Several more bikes were "delivered" as the morning went on.

The weather in the afternoon was more kind to us and we had a big display out on the junior yard of all the decorated bikes. Each class group cycled around to show off the work done to each of the bikes.

Winners were chosen from each class group.

Well done to the winners and also to the other children and parents also for the help and effort.
