Interactive Whiteboards
During the summer, seven new interactive whiteboards have been installed in the school. This brings the total number up to nine. This also means that there is now an interactive whiteboard in each of the teaching classrooms.
As an added advantage, teachers can also use normal whiteboard markers on these boards if lessons do not require such technology. This can help in energy conservation.
However, with decent computers and a broadband connection, and training provided to the teachers, we hope to further the children's understanding and use of 21st century information & communication technology (I.C.T.) through daily use. All we can do now is wait for term to begin!
Thanks to all who have helped in the fund-raising activities over the past months to make this possible.
