Winter Solstice Selection

On the 25th September '09, several of the pupils from the school we brought to Newgrange for the annual Newgrange winter solstice ticket selection. It was the children's job, along with children from other local schools, to pick out the names of people who would be invited to experience the winter solstice at Newgrange between the 21st and 22nd of December. Unfortunately, the children didn't pick out any of their own names, or the names of any of the teachers, this time. Maybe next year....
