Mr. Flanagan's 6th class is located at the front of the school.

The subjects that 6th class engage in are:

• Primary Language Curriculum (English agus Gaeilge)
• Mathematics
• Social, Environmental and Scientific Education (SESE) (history, geography and science)
• The Arts (visual arts, drama and music)
• Social, Personal and Health Education (SPHE)
• Physical Education (PE)
• Patron's Programme

In our school, both 5th and 6th class students have a lot of responsibility. 6th class students co-ordinate play groups with new junior infants, manage recycling, coach younger students in gaelic football, host assemblies, act as tour guides on grandparent's day and the new junior infant open day and engage in paired reading with younger students.
