Grandparents Day
A sincere thank you to all our grandparents who came to St. Patrick’s N.S. from far and wide on Friday the 31st of January as part of Catholic Schools Week. The hall was buzzing, helped by the coffee, tea and refreshments provided by the Parent Association. After being formally welcomed to the school, the sixth class escorts brought the grandparents to visit all the classrooms that their grandchildren were in. A huge thank you to our Parents’ Association who have funded some new resources for the school. They have kindly funded the development of the outdoor play area at the back of the school, a class set of basketballs, new board games and jigsaws for each class and some new resources for Maths.
