This spring we have seen an explosion in the number of pupils cycling and scooting to school. It has meant that out cycle bays are chocablock every morning, which is great to see.

Cycling and scooting to school has been a focus of attention in our school this year with BOWOW (bus, bike or Walk on Wednesday) as well as a focus of our green school team also. They have been working hard to achieve a green flag for travel.

Mrs. Connor and the green team have now applied for dedicated cycle shelters and scoot racks to hold all the bicycles and scooters securely in out of the rain. We hope to have this project confirmed at the beginning of the next school year.
