We had a huge response to the Drogheda and District Credit Union Art Competition this year from pupils in the school. There were entries from every class level for the competition.

Competition is stiffer his year as Slane and District Credut Union is no more and is now part of the bigger Drogheda and District Credit Union.

However, we were delighted to hear that one of our pupils, O, was awarded 2nd place in the Under 7 category. Her entry now goes on the the regional finals to be judged in November. We wish her well in the next round!

Many thanks to Drogheda and District Credit Union for organising the art competition, pupils for participating, and to class teachers, Ms. Gerrard and Sharon for co-ordinating it in our school.
