For the first time in almost a decade, St. patrick's National School hopes to have a marching band to participate in the St. Patrick's Day parade in Slane, 2027.

Mr. Kelly has been planning for this event for the past year, and practice timetables are now in place for the next number of months.

Of course, all his music teaching over the years have provided a great base for the musicians, who now transfer their skills to playing instruments while also moving at the same time!

We wish them all well in the months ahead.
