Our Senior Infants are having great fun in the Sports Shop this month! 🏅

They have been busy developing their putting skills as well as practising their throwing and aiming skills through a variety of exciting activities. The children are learning how to control their movements while improving their hand–eye coordination.

In the shop area, they are enjoying the opportunity to buy sports clothes using real coins, helping them to develop their early maths skills and confidence with money in a real-life setting.

To top it all off, the children have been getting creative by designing their very own rugby shirts. 🎨🏉 They have shown wonderful imagination and pride in their designs!

It has been a fantastic way to combine PE, Maths, Art, and imaginative play all in one engaging theme.
