It was a busy assembly again this month presented by pupils in 1st class. The birthdays for Decembers and the gaeilgeoirí na míosa were then read.

The star classes for January were 1st class and 4th class (Ms. Murphy’s) who will get a popcorn party in the hall in February. Most classes received the energy saving award!

We had a special guest at assembly in January. Vikki Wall from the Meath Ladies Senior Football Team was in our school to present our girls football team with their medals for winning the Division 2/3 Shield Final back in November. The girls parents were invited in to see them being presented with their medals.

Well done to the 1st class presenters and to Ms. Collins for all her preparation work with the pupils.
